Bible Basis: Mark 11:1-11
Bible Truth: Followers of Christ celebrate Jesus’ arrival in Jerusalem as the coming of God’s kingdom.
Memory Verse: “And they went before and they that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna; Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.” - ( Mark 11:9)
Lesson Aim: By the end of the lesson, we will: SURVEY the story of Jesus’ Triumphal Entry into Jerusalem; DISCUSS their feelings about the kingdom of God; FIND creative ways to pay homage to Jesus
